Bought a Cadillac Escalade used and have had problems ever since. Came with no second key fob and they charged me $174.00 for a second. Next battery went bad 2 weeks later. Now the informant center is bad. Only had the thing since May, 5 months.
Had an appt today which was made 3 days ago to have headlights fixed for a recall, pulled into the bay, said Good Morning, a mechanic Michael questioned rudely why I was there, I said I could leave, he said if he was me he would, I told him he was rude and I left, he said he had a cold, maybe he should have stayed home, I was dropping the car off, walking home, not staying, I realize there is a virus, but they made the appt, Don't buy a Cadillac, bc these are the ppl that you will have to deal with for repairs, they sure... read more
