Do not rent any equipment from this company. My brother passed away on a Saturday, and I called the company to arrange for someone to pick up the hospital bed that his insurance was paying for. However, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phones; all I encountered were automated calls. When I called the corporate office, I was surprised to find that their customer service was even worse than that of the facilities. Everyone there extremely nice and helpful. My husband attended Juan Carlos very nice explaining everything, very informative and thorough. Such a nice guy. Even when you call on the phone very helpful and very nice and friendly. Highly recommend them.
Jokers won’t stop billing me. All you need to do is check their BBB reviews. What an absolute racket.
Terrible customer service. Tried to order new supplies and the woman spoke hardly any English. I had to make her repeat herself multiple times. Then they sent me the wrong supplies and went take them back without charging me for them plus shipping and restocking fee. I'm also like other reviews being charged for items I'm not getting. This business is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!
Went to their office in May 2024 to have my machine replaced as the humidifier was not working and was told I needed documents from the doctor. I contacted the doctor's office while there and had the requested docs. sent, which they did receive. I informed them I would be traveling to Europe in three weeks and was assured I'd receive the replacement before then, I never did.
