This is my 3rd CPAP machine. Only reason I went with Rotech is because they carry the machine I was wanting. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and even if you leave a message it may be a week or two if they even return your call. It seems once they sell you the machine they don't want nothing to do with you afterwards. The people at this office just seems to not give a shit about anyone and from all the complaints that I've read on here corporate doesn't care either.
Cant get in touch with anyone so just going to sell all their equipment after my mother passed. Sue me. Lmao
Very difficult to find even with GPS
Absolutely horrible customer service. My mother’s account was transferred here from another provider, and trying to get her established has been an absolute nightmare. They repeatedly claimed that documents weren't sent over from her previous company, despite explicit confirmation that they were. To resolve it, I had her doctor send a brand-new referral directly to them. Since then, they have completely ghosted us. They do not answer calls, and they do not return voicemails. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get equipment picked up. I've called and left 3 messages and left 4 request for pickup online and they have yet to respond. Customer service is terrible.
