Went in to Rotech today for my appointment to be fitted for a new mask. Therapist could not find me in the computer and no one could tell her who made my appointment but I was on the schedule. My account was listed as inactive so the Manager (on speakerphone) called to get my account activated again. I was asked to sit in the lobby where I could hear the entire conversation on speaker phone. What should have been a 15 minute appointment turned into almost an hour with HIPAA violations.

Good service and they are friendly.
Harahan Rotech is the worst company to reach even other Rotechs have problems reaching them. Bad attitutudes.
