Went in to Rotech today for my appointment to be fitted for a new mask. Therapist could not find me in the computer and no one could tell her who made my appointment but I was on the schedule. My account was listed as inactive so the Manager (on speakerphone) called to get my account activated again. I was asked to sit in the lobby where I could hear the entire conversation on speaker phone. What should have been a 15 minute appointment turned into almost an hour with HIPAA violations.
