I went with my guys for a CPAP machine. Everything was a complete disaster for the day till we came in, but Rotech helped us with what we needed, I can’t express how grateful I am for the care and empathy that they showed us and how hard they worked to make sure our day would be a successful one. The level of customer service that 5 of the staff showed us was better service than a 5 star hotel or the characters at Disney world.
