Customer service is exceptional, especially Cecil, Manda and Brother.
Rotech is the biggest farse of a company i have experienced to date. I have never been so mistreated as I have been by them. They are lazy and refuse to contact providers for medical equipment, refuse to collect their equipment unless its at their leisure, and then when they refuse to pick up their property? They send you to collections. What a joke!! All in all I would warn everyone to not use this company for any life saving equipment. What an embarrassment! And shame on them to prey on the sick and dying.
