I've been with this company for a week and am ready to change. I was told my last company was no longer in plan and I had to change. I had absolutely no problems with my previous company. When my supplies were dropped off I asked how long the portables battery lasts. He said if I have it on 2 it would last 5 hours. Not true. I had a doctor's appointment 2 days ago and had to leave 15 minutes early because the battery was dying. Initial contact was great. Just wanted to give a heads up on a few things for anyone considering this company. We received equipment at the hospital. It was not super clear that we were renting from them. We have rented equipment elsewhere and it was very clearly stated at drop-off, even having stickers on the equipment that made it very clear it was a rental. Off to a really bad start. My drs office faxed over my prescription and expected to hear from them but did not. Tried calling them but on hold for 15 minutes while the office closed for lunch for an hour and didn’t even answer the phone to clear the call queue before taking their lunch break. Absolutely not meeting my expectations!
