They never answer phones for supplies to be ordered. I had a guy come to my home after several attempts to get him here and he told me to focus because my ac has dimmed my lights! Is he an hvac technician? I asked him why i was not getting replies. He sId because they get 150 new clients per day and they dont have enough staff. Telling me to focus was very rude. You literally cannot count on anything they tell you. Utterly unreliable and chaotic. Two deliveries didn’t show up, I call to check on them and it’s like they never existed in their system. Random inadequate excuses. Not a legitimate business in my opinion so steer clear if possible.
