They never answer phones. They never reply to voicemails. I have been trying for months to return my equipment. The bills keep coming though.
I had an ideal experience with Tony. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly. He delivered and set up the breathing device and explained how to use it in clear and easy to use way. We appreciate his patience and willingness to answer our questions. He made sure we felt comfortable using the equipment before he left. Net net… he did a super job and is a great representative of the Rotech organization and their customer service.
We were referred to Rotech by St. David's Round Rock. The initial delivery of the oxygen concentrator and 10 tanks went well, other than the fact that we were given a continuous flow regulator on the portable tanks instead of a pulse regulator that only administers oxygen when you inhale. As a result, we went through the 10 portable tanks quickly and within a week needed to order more. Hope you don’t run out of oxygen while using this company because they DO NOT ANSWER the phone. Frank is rude and not helpful. I can’t believe this company is in business. Like how are yall out here offering to provide oxygen? A joke. You will be on hold hours. Frank wants a medical note to pickup equipment. MY DAD IS DEAD FRANK COME GET YO SHIT!
After going through the phone menu to order, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, only to have someone answer and ask me what I'm needing then putting back on the same menu that I already been through. Waiting additional 17 + still no answer.
