My driver is super nice and helpful! He’s wonderful!
I’ve been trying to get replacement parts for my CPAP for about 6 months now. First they sent me the wrong parts, despite issuing me my machine and mask. I returned those and ordered more. They ignore me for long periods of time, and when I follow up, they ask me for the same information I’ve sent them numerous times. In the meantime, my machine is leaking air and I can’t use it properly. I would strongly advise using a different company.
Shout out to Damion who drlivered my oxygen supplies this morning. Explained everything perfectly. His soft and caring manner were so welcomed! Highly recommend thus establishment and Damion.
I can't say anything good about their customer service. I have left messages for 3 days now and no one has called me back.
