Rosebud might be the most invested human I've met this year. By that I mean she is clearly not working for a paycheck, they just pay her for what she does, which is surely not enough. Rose was so willing and eager to help me you would think SHE was the one listening to my wife complain about my sleep apnea. I left feeling like I just had a heart to heart with a friend from elementary school. This is what customer service used to be, and it was superb. Thank you Rose for all your help.
