I went to Rhema Rotech (Webster, Tx.) to get my new CPAP machine. Brianna (Bree) instructed me on how to set up the machine and get the best results. Her instructions were detailed, user friendly, engagingly interactive. I left her office feeling empowered to get the best experience from my new machine. I downloaded the app, set up my equipment. Sleep Central keeps sending me emails and leaving voice mails saying I am past due for ordering supplies and that I may order by phone or online yet when I attempt to order online my order is not processed in a timely manner if at all. Â
