I would give zero stars if allowed. Long story. Needed oxygen supplies delivered for a family member in June '25. Supplies were delivered 3 days late even after calling for confirmation that supplies would be delivered...still late. Oxygen supplies were to be picked up on June 19th. They were not picked up. This is were it gets bad. We made calls after calls and were always told, "they would get picked up tomorrow" and guess what... supplies were never picked up.
