Here is my honest review. I say 2 stars, but I do think they have had huge staff turnover and poor follow up , but I think with a new manager and new employees, they need some time to turn it around. Having said that it took me 4 months to get a new RES MED 11 to replace my RES MED 10. Again, staff leaving and a new manager appointed. When I did get the unit, the case had no tubing and 10 is different tubing from 11, wrong manuals inside (Air Curve 10), it was a refurbished unit, which under medicare is allowed but this had ... read more

This has been a very bad customer service experience. I have been trying to order supplies for about two months. They told me there was a hold on my account until they get a letter. Every time I complete what they need, no-one calls back. I call back and they tell me even though they've received the letter, there is still a hold on my account. They keep referring me to the local store, who refers me to sleep central. Yesterday the local store said that the hold is removed, but sleep central still shows a hold. They have now ... read more
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They send you supplies you do not ask for and then they will not take them back. Do not do business with this company. Robo calls are non-stop and there seems to be no way to get off the list.
The staff at the Apple Valley office are first rate! Taylor has been most helpful with keeping this “antique” up to date with the changing technology and updates to my aging cpap equipment. I appreciate the patient and thoughtful attention Taylor gives to my every need.
