Impossible to reach on the phone. They left their equipment in my Mother in Law's room at her assisted living for five months after she went on hospice which provided her needed oxygen supplies. Multiple tanks and two different oxygen generating machines.
This company is not very good. Every time I call I am waiting for more than 25 minutes before you speak with anyone. My dad has been on oxygen for over a year. They left us no hoses, cannulas or replacement supplies. After i realized he had been over 3 months without changing the hoses- I called 3 times over 2 weeks and was told that supplies would be sent. We received 1 hose and 1 cannula. Completely ridiculous considering this cannula is supposed to be changed every week. We will be looking for another oxygen company. They... read more
The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Being a caregiver for my invalid family member is hard enough, without dealing with the poor service from this company!
