Absolutely TERRIBLE Experience. I have tried since JULY 2024 to get up a new CPAP machine. Receptionist only knows how to say, I am not sure, try calling Ga Med Care. Or one of the rare moments where I get to speak with Manager-Rachel, all she can say is, I am away from my desk, let me call you back in just a minute. NEVER get a returned call. For this to be a "Medical Equipment & Supply" shop, It is the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!
I did not order ANYTHING from here! My doctor did not order anything. One day a package showed up on my door step. I called the company multiple times to get a return shipping label as they had promised and no label has been sent. This has been a couple months of hassle. Now I am being hounded about a $180 bill for somthing I nor my dr ordered from a company I have never heard of. Good luck getting anything resolved. I have tried for two months now to get CPAP supplies through Rotech in Villa Rica,GA. It has been an awful experience. My headgear for my mask is so worn the Velcro won’t stay fastened. I went by their location last week and was assured that everything was good to go and my supplies would be delivered “within a few days”. Today, I get a call saying there is a delay due to documentation issues. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
