If zero stars were an option, that would be what I gave them. My husband got his CPAP machine with Rotech. It stopped functioning properly and we contacted them. They told us to have the doctor contact them, so we did just that. The doctor's office spent two weeks trying to speak with someone and no calls back after multiple messages. This company is extremely unprofessional and negligent. I should never have to argue with a receptionist about the type of tanks my husband needs but that was just the first interaction. They will only come to the house once every 3 months, which forces us to go there and that has us moving very heavy bottles to the car via stairs. When we go, any very specifically ask for more hoses/tubes, we’ve received USED ones and ones for children. The use one was bent in half and the bag was closed with a bread tie. My grandma is a patient of Rotec, last week she asked me for my help calling them, and the girl on the phone was very helpful and got our issue resolved the same day. Staff are very kind and attentive, and I would recommend them to others!
The voice mail doesn't work and nobody answers the phone been waiting for a power chair for 4 months
