Stay away from this place. They don’t have a delivery driver. They have one person running the whole show and he’s a complete liar. I’ve been trying to get him to go to Ramsey to take my 81 year-old mom, new equipment and more small oxygen tanks for three months. Today, her big oxygen tank at home was messing up with the alarm going off. Her physical therapy guy said that it was burnt up and needed to be replaced. Horrible, unprofessional & rude. Everyone seems to work from home. Kids crying, dogs barking, tvs blaring. Takes MULTIPLE calls to order supplies. NO ONE there is doing their job. Just getting paid to sit at home & do nothing. I switched companies for these reasons & made an appointment for them to pick up equipment. Never showed. Never called. Wasted my entire day. I have to use this company to order equipment if someone has Humana. Worst DME provider. Took 3 weeks for 1 person to get a wheelchair. They do not deliver equipment timely and I have to keep sending people home with our equipment and then once theirs is delivered take it to their home and pick up our equipment. I'm going to start sending a bill to Rotech for my mileage and time since I'm doing their job for them. Once again today a wheelchair wasn't delivered and now I have to send them home in ours until theirs is delivere... read more
