WOW... talk about a GREAT TEAM, I spoke with 3 different people in this office and all 3 of them exceeded my expectations. It started with Malissa, she listened to my frustrations with their competitor and even with another Rotech store across town, and she could've brushed me off too... but she didn't. If they could move the contents and people of this office about 60 feet to the left all would be corrected (See the street view and the garbage dumpster 60 feet to the left). Alternatively, they could put the business Logo on the dumpster and I don't think any of the patients would notice a difference.
Not a good experience. I wanted to just buy the CPAP out of pocket last year when my prescription for it renewed. Rotech refused to let and insisted I "rent" it and now they have messed up the billing all but one month I've had it. If you can, find another provider.
Very knowledgeable and polite delivery person. The phone personel have been helpful and understanding when I've needed technical help.
If I could give a (-) star, I would. HORRIBLE company. Can NOT get questions answered, problems solved, or equipment information from anyone at this company. RUN RUN RUN
