After leaving 3 voicemails they have yet to return a call. Have asked the doctor to rewrite request to a different supplier here in Havasu. Hubby in need of new 02 tanks. Much needed after recent lung surgery,, need a supplier that actually responds to phone calls. Smh
Do not trust these people on billing, I found out that I have a 24.70 copay from insurance company, i am getting billed 49.40 as my copay, double, plus they are billing for home services of 584.00 per month to insurance, are you kidding, they have been to my home 3 times in 13 months, why are they billing that much per month. I reported to aetna as possible fraud. I have been trying to call billing, they just keep transferring to someone else until you have spent an hour without talking to a rep. My wife is currently on hold with Rotech customer service. I returned my mother-in-law's equipment back on June 5, 2024. Drove from Yuma, Arizona to Lake Havasu, Arizona. (6 hour round trip) Still getting billed and getting the runaround from customer service.
Rotech has been charging my insurance and me since January. I do not have any of their equipment. I've been trying for 6 months to get them to stop billing me. I get no where. If I ever need oxygen I will not get it thru rotech!!
