This business is a joke. They won't even answer the phone. They are supposed to pick up some equipment today and they won't answer the phone so I can find out time they are coming!!!....They don't even deserve a 1 star rating! This is the next day after Rotech was supposed to pick up equipment. They did not even show up yesterday, and no phone call for an explanation either! The delivery tech, Miguel Gomez was wonderful. He arrived on time, was personable and professional. I had originally did not see the need for oxygen tanks, he suggested it might be good to have them should we have a power outage in our rural area. I had never thought of that . Thank you Miguel. He even closed the gate when he left . Miguel is an amazing employee, Rotech is blessed to have Miguel.
