I have been attempting to get my Rotech bill corrected for over four months. I have made at least 7 phone calls and talked to at least 5 different agents. I am being billed for a wheelchair that was never ordered for me...I am completely ambulatory and have never needed one. I am refusing to pay this bill and am planning to get my c-pap supplies from another company. Hopefully my credit has not been affected by this error!!!
Rotech is the absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. It took me almost 1 years to get where I could order replacement parts for my CPAP machine. I will never have anything to do with them after this 13 month contract expires. I also will tell anyone needing CPAP never to use this VERY POOR company. If I could give a -100 stars I certainly would.
ROTEC in Columbus NEVER answers their phone or returns calls! When u call them out , THEY LIE!! A patient nor should their caretaker have to lose their cool to get a healthcare provider to do their job!! Very disappointed in how Rotech values patients! My husband almost died in October and was able to final come home from the hospital towards the end of October.
