I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I work for a family practice office and when trying to get in contact with Rotec your on hold for 15+ mins and no one ever answers. Trying to work on patients orders and getting their supplies to them in a timely manner is hard when you can't get through. I was given a direct # as well to get through and have to leave messages and no return call.
It took them a month to call me to get mean appointment. When I got the appointment they had scheduled it for a a different town than what I was in. So they rescheduled for an appt in town. When I get to my appointment they didnt even have my equipment in. Then they turned around a tried to blame the lady who scheduled my appointment. So I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Didn’t receive my supplies yet also they never answer phone WTH?
I suprised my grandma with tickets to come visit me and my baby and didn’t realize she didn’t have a travel oxygen tank. I called 2 days before the weekend and spoke with Renata. Not only did she go out of her way and help with the delivery of the oxygen tank, she even made me a pen personalized! Thank you SO much!!! If I could give 50 stars I would !!!
I have been attempting to get my Rotech bill corrected for over four months. I have made at least 7 phone calls and talked to at least 5 different agents. I am being billed for a wheelchair that was never ordered for me...I am completely ambulatory and have never needed one. I am refusing to pay this bill and am planning to get my c-pap supplies from another company. Hopefully my credit has not been affected by this error!!!
