I like the eye doctor but the ordering and picking up of glasses is ridiculous! Waited for 2 hours to order glasses and over 45 minutes to pick up glasses. And both times they took customers not in the list order. Definitely need someone just helping pick up of glasses.
RecommendedService is great, front desk ladies are always on point and check in/ check out always goes perfectly... the office is very Tidy and professional with a side of fun. You can tell the employees really enjoy what they do and who they work for! Everything is very efficient and worth visiting for any of your eye care needs!! Great scenery too if your painting what I’m priming !! Will never go anywhere else !
We have been a customer of Roswell Eye Clinic for over 7 years. The service is exceptional with all staff always supporting us through the testing process and eye glass selection. Attention to detail and excellent customer service! Dr. Sharon Berger gets my prescription right every time and Greg Hendrix does a great job fitting me with eyewear and updating lenses. My one-stop shop for eyeglasses!
Very disappointed with the service and medical integrity. My whole appointment I was being pushed to buy add-ons and services and products I did not need. I felt like I was at a sale appointment vs. a medical appointment. I was unknowingly written a prescription for a certain type of contact lens that I did not want and they would not change the brand unless I came back in for another appointment to spend more money. Greg did a great job for me! I was about to go to Costco to get new glasses, but Greg was able to help me maximize my insurance benefits so that I got name brand glasses for the same price as off brand glasses at Costco! So pleased!
