I was very impressed with Dr Alvarez Kiely. She took the time to explain my issues and did not pressure me to make a decision. Her office is very nice and she uses what appeared to be new modern equipment and the latest technology. I just visited again for the first time in a while and I am impressed with the new ownership and the friendly caring staff. I see they are continuing in the great tradition started by Dr. Alvarez Kiely! Highly recommend!

My dental hygienist remains my favorite (I will return) but Dr. Alvarez sold the practice late last year and has not been there since. Her name remains on the sign outside, probably because she was so well liked and highly rated. Is just my opinion, but having the sign still be up and continued use of her name is false advertising, please update / change. Dr. Alvarez is no longer with this practice - please be aware. She remains a 5+, am unsure of new owners.

I’d been a patient here for years. This business went downhill rapidly under the new ownership. After the acquisition, the practice terminated my insurance participation, but never notified. After two appointments, no one mentioned the network change at check-in or when the treatment was estimated. 9 months later, they billed me for the full amount, no insurance coverage. Going out of network is the practice’s right; not telling longtime patients is highly unethical.

Had an amazing experience at this dentist. They found the root cause of the problem and discussed treatment plans with me. This will definitely be my regular dentist from now on and I would recommend this office to anyone.

Had my first visit at Roswell Dental Studio and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Bree at the front desk was so welcoming and made check-in a complete breeze. Yenory was my hygienist and she was fantastic—extremely gentle, thorough, and made sure I stayed comfortable during the entire cleaning. Dr. Pennington was wonderful as well: so kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The entire team makes you feel like family from the moment you step in. 10/10 experience!
