Good afternoon, my name is Koffi Gbodui. I have applied and got approved for a unit in your complex. But the unit wouldn’t be available so you guys promised me a reimbursement of my $200 application fee within 30 days, which I never got. Multiple texts, calls and emails but no response from you guys. Now Who do I need to talk to get my money back? Respectfully

They keep 80% of your deposit, and don’t tell you when you are signing up they intend to do that. I also was not given a reason why they hold back such a significant amount. Management is hard to get ahold of, maintenance is a joke, and customer service is awful. I returned a pristine apartment, and was on time with my very expensive rent EVERY month. To only get $170 back after being such a faithful tenant is detestable. I would not recommend anyone ever doing business with these people.
My dad got a call around 4pm from maintenance saying the roof fell and someone was going to come and clean it up. It’s been over 1 hour and still no one has came. It smells horrible. I have tired to call maintenance and sends me straight to voicemail. I have called over 10 times. I have a 3 year old and he is already telling me his head hurts. While living in this complex I loved my neighbors but this new staff has been a headache. I moved out in September and was told I had to wait 30 days for them to process my refund. October and November pass and I start calling everyday.
