Initially, I thought Rostam Law / Carlos de la Paz had my back. After the settlement was reached, communication immediately dissolved and miscommunication between partners occurred. Several excuses such as Lost documents, 10-day hold on checks, people quitting the firm, being too busy with personal matters, and firm moving locations… are a few of MANY excuses as to why the virtual-based firm is extremely slow to pay post-settlement.
