I am certified fraud specialist and in my opinion this provider is engaged in fraud via bait and switch tacics. BEWARE!!!!! All of the following is based upon my experiences and dealings with Dr. Nguyen. From everything i have seen and experienced, Dr. Nguyen is extremely unethical and tries to obtain patients through lies, trickery, and deceit by intentionally lying to customers looking for a new local dentist. RecommendedI’m one of those people who generally doesn’t like going to the dentist. I avoided it for nearly a decade in the past. Dr Vu and his staff are friendly and patient. I also like that there are absolutely no high pressure sales tactics to try and add on unnecessary things. When I say I can’t afford something, there is no pressure or judgement. I will be a lifelong patient here.
Wanna watch Netflix during your teeth cleaning? Me too. Never going anywhere else. This place is awesome!! (Also, they don’t “floss shame” nor does they dentist force unnecessary procedures on you) I HIGHLY recommend it!
So impressed with EVERYONE! Leah, Karen and Vu took incredible care of this very scared patient. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to be cared for... not just be another patient. A++
I have not been a fan of going to the dentist for decades until we went to them for a consultation for TJ. Amazing staff! I'd be here all night if I listed everything they accomplished with just our family and the most professional with care. Love you guys!!
I usually hate going to the dentist . I almost look forward to going there with Dr. Vu and his staff. Not quite, but almost. He makes it as pleasant as is possible.
