Dr. Patel is very kind -- she is very attentive to cleaning my teeth. I never feel she is in a hurry or rushing to get to the next patient. Office Staff: Very helpful. I had a credit on my account, and they refunded my credit card. However, I had to bring the credit to their attention. I think the office accountant should have caught this without my prompting.
Both the hygienist and the. Dentist were very professional and competent. They explained everything during the procedure.

It was a little painful for my routine cleaning - I wasn't having gum issues at the time. It felt very clean afterward but I wish the technician could be a little gentler. Other than that, the service was good!

Everyone was great! I love Dr. Jan, she always remembers me and gives me an honest report of what my teeth look like.
The practice is great, but I received way too many reminder notices. I think I received 2 or 3 email reminders, a postcard in the mail, and several text messages from different senders all from the same appointment I already confirmed.
Dr. Patel was great. Very competent and great hands!!
