As a new patient, I felt very much supported and the staff handled all of my insurance information with ease! At first I had problems with my insurance carrying over, but the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and speedy at taking care of everything. At my visit I met with Dr. Patel I felt very comfortable and she was very patient to answer my questions and concerns. Her assistant Kwi (spelling?) was also very kind & great at her job!
HIGHLY recommend Rosslyn Dental Arts Center! I've referred friends over who also have enjoyed their experiences. Minimal wait times, quick and efficient service, and everyone is SO friendly!
I've been cared for by Dr. Patel for some five years now, and she's my favorite dentist ever. Quick and professional, but always friendly, gentle and attentive. Listens well, and talks through issues clearly and patiently. Never felt pressured, or like she was selling something to me. Smiles a lot.
It's a great office and close to where I work. The staff are friendly and professional. No complaints here.
The new Sonic Waterpic takes an excessive amount of time compared to the old processes. I did not have excessive plaque, but it took 20-25 minutes longer than before.
Dr. Patel told me things that no dentist or doctor told me before about my oral health that, frankly, someone before should have told me. First time seeing her, and I learn something important.
Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like I was the most important person there.
