too noisy and bad window set up which looks like a door rather than a window. Really bad living condition.
I live here for the past 3 months. As my apartment facing the cbd, east. I’m getting annoyed with the construction happening next door. I guess in a few months time, the new building will hide the morning sun shading on the apartment. Luckily I’m renting so might move in to the new building next year. One of the good features are the 2 common areas in top 8th floor which can be booked for up to 6 hours. As well as the spacious storage locker.
