The most unprofessional medical staff ive ever seen. They denied me my emergency ultrasound for being 5 minutes late. It’s snowing like crazy and they have basically every parking spot marked off for covid or disability. The “supervisor” shelia was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. She put her hands in my face, stepped to me like she was going to put her hands on me, and told me she doesn’t care that this was an emergency appointment and i could not be seen since i was a few minutes late.
