Took my daughter here yesterday i wont go into all details , but the the bedside manner of the Dr. Assistant Mellissa Rossi was horrible she came up to us after my daughter tried to give blood she has a phobia of it, and crossed her arms did not introduce herself to me as i never met her and said "so are you going to follow through" my jaw fell open Summer said she could try again and she said well I'll call them now like she just wanted us gone!
