Tom installed our water heater in 2016: I made a note of it when he left. When I called the office to discuss options, we had a great exchange about what was available, burner size, flu requirements, recovery rates, brands. Tom came right away, did the installation quickly and well, gave advice on caring for the heater esp regular draining by the lower valve to reduce sediment and extend life. Pat and his team were very helpful to us when our heater stopped working this past October. Although no one ever wants to hear they need a new heater, Pat presented all of our options, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions about the purchase and process. We have called Rossi a few times for both our air and heater. They are amazing. Always able to get an apt quickly and everyone is professional and friendly. Their pricing is fair and I’ve never worried about being up charged. Very dependable!

I contacted Rossi mechanical via the online request form over the weekend, I was contacted back within 24 hours and had an appointment for 48 hours after I sent the request. It was quick and easy! My tech arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. I will be using their services again !
