Rossi brothers have installed several of my plantation blinds. They are very nice and personable. Brett is great. It usually always takes longer to get the blinds in than they say, but typically I am not in any hurry. Melissa that answers the phone is so nice. I have had their service on and off for the last 5 years and their quality is the best.

Excellent customer service. Brett is very personable & knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service, fail to answer calls, return calls, answer texts... As the certified Anderson Window installer you'd think they would care. We are in a remote part of the state, thus they won't drive ... not sure why, we would pay the fee. So now what we will do is not refer Anderson Windows to our property owners ( we own a luxury gated development ) If you live in Tulsa, they may be fine.
