Food mediocre (we did like two items on menu a lot), horrendous service both times there, atmosphere is good, but not worth going back again. Colvine's, Fireside Pies, Goodfella's...these places are far better in terms of food and service.
Update: we have been to TR probably a dozen times (at least) in the last few years, still LOVE the pizzas, the local Texas beer selection, and the staff continues to excel. Only "negative" I can dig up is: the place can be VERY loud (acoustics), so we usually eat in the bar area, which is considerably quieter. Going to miss this place when we take off to Knoxville later this year. :)
