Ross has given me fantastic care after many many surgeries! He is so patient, kind, attentive and he will get you up and back to your old self!
Ross Vines, PT was always professional. He knows his stuff and keeps up to date in his field. His plan to rehabilitate my shoulder was extremely effective. He helped me avoid surgery. His assistant Audrey is also super knowledgeable and helpful. Rehab is also a lot of work on your part, but the plan was manageable. His PT assistant, Audrey is also very helpful. I am grateful to both.
I had the great fortune of being referred to Ross Vines after seeing and completing physical therapy with two other providers. Ross Vines was unique in noticing that my feet contribute to some of my injured leg pain. i saw Ross 2 years ago for my back problem and not only he fixed my Back he also showed me how to strengthen my core to prevent any further injury. i also went to him again just today for a neck problem that i i've been suffering from for over a month and i'll tell you what my neck feel so much better from only one visit, not only he is amazing at what he does, he is caring and compassionate and loves to share his knowledge with his team. He is the guy to see for any physical therapy needs .
Dr. Vines and his good team helped me feel better faster after two previous insuccessful therapists/multiple visits. I was able to avoid an epidural and they gave me a program to do at home that works. I recommend them highly.
Worst experience I've ever had with a PT. I witnessed Ross lose his temper with a patient in the middle of the facility, in front of other patients and staff. So unprofessional, even his own employees were embarrassed.
He is professional and very effective with helping you get back on track with your physical well being. He wastes no time in helping you regain your strength and health. He has a positive and energetic demeanor that provides you with inspiration to want to heal and heal quickly. The location is ideal, not busy with a lot of traffic or congestion in the area and his office is clean and neat. As a plus, they circulate and exhibit local art work providing a wonderful overall experience.
