I called to get in quickly after another salon's stylist called in sick and could not perform my color that day. The front of the house manager, George, got me in right away with Marissa (I think this is her name.) She did a magnificent job! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the color, even adding another layer of toner after completing the initial service.
