This storage facility is horrible. First off I got this storage unit because it was under a 24-hour access. I get a phone call wanting to know how I got in late at night made me feel like I done something wrong. Lady told me she would call me back when she found out it was under 24 hours never gave me a call back. So I called a man answered said my phone call was never recorded told me he would call me back never called back.
