We believe that the basis of our success has been our quality of patient care, combined with a high level of service provided to our referral sources. We make every effort to see newly referred patients within two weeks. Through experience and appropriate testing, we are typically able to define specific diagnosis and therefore specific treatment plans. Our providers take the time to educate each patient about their diagnosis and the reasons behind treatment.

His PA Brendan is absolutely AWFUL. I have seen him four times in four months and not only did he ask me if me being in a wheelchair was “new” (finger wagging included, and I have been in one for EIGHT YEARS), but didn’t even bother to review his previous notes on what we had discussed for long-term care…and when he FINALLY agreed to refer me to neurosurgery, he put in the WRONG discussion point (said I wanted a spinal cord stimulator, when I said I did NOT) and had me go in for a useless x-ray (already had a full spine MRI)... read more
I have been at this clinic for a year and a half. I fired them after the second time waiting more than six months to be scheduled for procedures they ordered. They will leave you bedridden and in pain canceling your procedures over and over because of their incompetence.. I told them when I entered their care. I needed off the hamster wheel of being bedridden and in pain. They promised to help. I am walking away from healthcare because of UC and their absolute lack of care or coordination. I would’ve much preferred them just... read more
For lack of unlimited characters, this will be much shorter than it should be. I saw Dr. Ross when he was head of pain management at Penrose Hospital for severe lower back pain. After the two spinal injections and the nerve ablation procedure were unsuccessful, and my issue was not visible on an MRI... his attitude completely changed with me. My last appointment with him ended in tears and him asking me if I needed to see a psychiatrist, and then added that I should be glad that I didnt have cancer or something major like th... read more
Refused to continue my medicine
Long wait times, and scheduling personnel do not communicate or return calls to schedule a procedure.
I was Dr. Ross's patient for over three years and have nothing but positive comments about Dr. Ross's professionalism, bedside manner, and technique.
DR. SCOT ROSS and his staff lack compassion and integrity! My sister has Occipital Neuralgia, a very painful condition. During her appointment she told the PA how difficult it was to wait for the MRI & appointment, but had hung on until that day, trusting the Dr. could help her! The PA told her that nothing would be done for her that day and probably nothing at all, could be done. My sister began to cry, which led to a migraine! She asked for an ice pack & the PA told her they didn’t have such things. Finally she did bring a... read more
Dr. Ross and his staff are so wonderful. I am a new to the Springs and was scared about seeing a new doctor for my back pain. I have never felt so welcomed by his staff. His nurse was so sweet to me and calmed my nerves. His scheduler got me in right away for my procedure. Dr. Ross assured me I would be fine and explained everything in detail to me. Thank god for these angels for helping me with my pain.
Took my 91-yr-old mom to Dr. Ross for a consultation. He was going to speak with her PCP within 4 days to discuss the feasibility for a pain-relieving injection. Over a month later, after having left 3 voice messages asking what he and her PCP decided, neither Dr. Ross nor his assistant have bothered to call us back for any update at all. Mom's in limbo and still in pain. We won't be back.
