Finally someone who knows how to cut my hair! Nicole did a wonderful job!
I'm on month SEVEN of growing out a bad cut from Nicole. This is after showing her a picture of a cut SHE HERSELF did on me a couple months before. She had the nerve to blame it on the products she used. No, it was the at least 4 extra inches she took off. Never going back.

Great salon and staff, from my shampoo, to hair and makeup It was a fantastic experience! I live in San Diego and was visiting for a few days and found this salon online. Made an appointment with Allison who is a marvelous hair and makeup "magician"! She had great idea to help with my beauty experience. She gave me the mirror and all I could say is "I look amazing"!! Highly recommend Ross's very relaxing warm atmosphere and free samples so ask the owner!!.
