I stand by my 2018 review that you just yesterday answered me on...what took you 7 years to answer me? You did not answer your phone 7 years ago either when we tried calling you several times. I no longer live at that address, but the new owner told me 6 years ago that she had issues with the roof and was told by other roofers that it was done wrong and she needed a new roof in spite of the one you did being just 1 year old then. Put floor in my kitchen it is coming up hasn't even been there for 2 years yet I've called him nobody answers I wouldn't recommend him to put a roof on a dog house I guess I'll call channel 9 and see what they say it's got a 5-year warranty I even left us on his answering machine and give him a chance to help me fix it him or his son won't call me back been calling him for 2 weeks
Communication was top notch within a day typically. Prices were fair for the work I requested. They came out on time and quoted me for the vent rubber boots to be replaced. They did the work promptly and even shared some photos of the roof with possible hail damage. I appreciate a local company that does honest work in a timely manner. Would try and use them again.
