I left Ross Ridge about three months ago, and after taking time to recover from the terrible experience it caused me, I felt it necessary to leave this review. I turned in the keys after barely four months—it was a nightmare. The apartment was far from the “renovated” space they advertised. Cheap materials were used to cover deeper structural issues that made the space uncomfortable and unhealthy to live in. Ventilation was poor. I wrote a review previously about living at Ross Ridge, but didn’t give my full opinion since I felt that I couldn’t in the moment. (cough, cough) Management is good but has some flaws. Like I’ve called them twice for some payment concerns and nobody answered the phone. The area around ross ridge was nice, highway is right there and a bunch of eateries and shopping stores. I just moved into the complex about a year. Now not quite a year. My car have been broken into twice. They had a killing in the complex of a little boy. The rent office would never do anything to fix the problem. I put my card directly in front of the camera. And the rent office claimed that they could never see the person that have broken into my car. At least twice I will not move into this complex. You have to be in the bed at least 10 o'clock every night, good luck to whoever enjoy living in here.
