I come to Ross s every nite and Heather and Brenda are just amazing at there jobs very friendly too

Brenda was awesome! Ever go to a restaurant and ask for extra crackers and get 3? She gave me a whole basket and I even had 4 packages left!

Major props to Alicia on 3rd shift last night/this morning! She rocked it! We were a table full of the craziest loudest drunken fools ever and she was our superhero! All in stride! The rest of the group we're regulars it seems but for my husband and I it was our first! She helped us find exactly what we wanted and it was awesome! 3rd shift rocks!!

You have definitely won a return customer. We ate at Ross' for the first time tonight. Brenda, our server was absolutely fabulous. She was able to help us sort through the menu and pick a dish we enjoyed. It tasted delicious! During our stay, the weather sirens went off three times, and Brenda noticed that our daughter was uneasy. She helped put her back at easy, and assured her that should the worst come true that she would be safe cause the restaurant has a basement.

Like stepping back in time , you know you're cool because you find places like this. The chocolate malt was engaging and I drank the whole thing. Usually I share but I told Mike to get his own. Chilighetti was superb. Looking forward to going back.

Being from Chicago, we were going to eat at a chain restaurant, when I decided to search the area for something else. Ross' is what we found. Call it kismet? Yes it was. My hubby and I came here, and were we in for a great surprise. Being in town for a Mallards game, we wanted to try something local. First of all, we were psyched that we had to park under the expressway. How cool is that?!
