I was 2000 miles from home when my Ross Reel (Evolution) was destroyed. Luckily I just happened to be near Montrose when the accident occurred. The folks at Ross Reels provided incredible service and gave me a great discount on a new reel. I can't recommend them enough. A good company is as good as their people and the folks at Ross Reels are great! Thanks from a travelling fisherman!
Great reels. Own 10. First is R2 from CA last bought EVOLUTION R. Just the best reel made. There new Manufacturing facilitate was great to tour. You get to see all the machines working. All the staff where great to talk to during the tour.
Great service, friendly staff, super fast repair. Best reels I have ever owned. Fact is, I don't own but one other brand of reel and it seldom gets any use. All of my RR's are prized possessions.
I own three Evolution LT's. They are the best reels I've ever fished.
I have over a dozen reels. They all work flawlessly.
