They take care of our needs and help us greatly with anything we need. Melanie office and Adam maintenance are great
Ross Park has a very good maintenance department. And the office staff is very accommodating! All in all very good community to live in. The improvement in the complex over the last couple years is great!
The maintenance staff always always do great work. Also, the maintenance staff comes in a timely manner, always polite and get things fixed the right way! I'm very pleased with Ross Park Apartments maintenance staff. Thank you very much!
If you're going to have rules for the whole complex but don't enforce them or keep allowing those that keep breaking them then y have any rules
