I can’t imagine someone kinder, more patient, or welcoming handling what is, essentially the biggest decision my wife and I could have ever taken on in our entire life. This is the second time I’ve worked with Jenny Miller for a mortgage. She is helpful, always available, and professional. Over the last four years she has offered her services several times by helping me with pre-approval and estimating house payments. She is very prompt and respondes within moments. In addition, she helped me to understand every aspect of my mortgage and was very thourough in her explanations. I would highly recommend Ross and Jenny!

Tony and his team were the perfect choice for us when we began the mortgage process. We are first time buyers, and in the beginning, we were looking for a more general overview. She walked me through the process, was very quick to reply to my inquiries, I always knew what to expect (never any surprises) and most importantly, she knows her stuff! I couldn’t be any happier with what Harry Prisby did for me! He worked so hard on getting me my mortgage, granted I gave him a challenge with my Debt to Income! But I’m so pleased with everything that he did exceeding my expectations! I would recommend Ross mortgage to others in the future when wanting a home mortgage!
