Where do I start....the team at Ross Mortgage, particularly Danielle Boote and wing man, Kelly Genter, have seamlessly navigated me through multiple home buying situations. They have a "no problem" , calm demeaner about them, at the same time maintaining efficiency and open communication with me as well as each other. Ross Mortgage Brighton is a well-oiled machine, highly professional and wicked smart.

If you are looking for a team that will be with you to help get thru the whole home buying process with ease, TJ Barker and his loan officers are the real deal. I would go to them over any one of the banks I do business with and highly recommend them to anyone I know who is considering purchasing a home! Can't begin to tell you the comfort level we got knowing we had such knowledgeable people on our side of the table...

Christine Corazza has helped me twice now with a new mortgage and a Re-Fi. She is very attentive and does what ever it takes. Her customer service skills are exemplary. Knowledgeable, kind, caring and efficient! I recommend her highly to anyone interested! So appreciative.

We worked with Amanda, and as first-time homebuyers we had a GREAT experience. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful throughout the process. I like to get updates and know what’s going on every step of the way and that’s exactly what Amanda did! Thanks to Kim Hickson and the team at Ross Mortgage, my wife and I were able to get a mortgage on our new, forever home. Tony walked me through every step of my mortgage process. He was available day and night and worked with me to solve minor problems that came up - he even helped me wire my closing funds to the title company when I found out I wouldn't be able to get a cashier's check from my bank in time for closing in two days' time! He and his team (Pat and Lisa) were knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything.

Dione and her team is a Class Act! They went above and beyond. Cindy was so helpful, warm & professional when I popped in their beautiful office, all a part of the family now. I found the condo and we closed in 12 business days. She and her team actually made this a fun experience LOL. I was on vacation and gave Dione my bank account numbers to access my account to complete a transaction. No one has my bank account numbers.
