For the past nine years, one of my neighbors has been keeping his boat in his driveway, which is against the HOA rules. Although I don't mind the boat or trailer being out for a trip, it has been out for 80% of the time over the past nine years. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ross & Morgan Company Inc., a management company that fell significantly short of expectations, specifically regarding a request to have our condominium's jacuzzi repaired. Despite reaching out to them three months ago concerning the issue, the resolution process has been anything but smooth. The company has dispatched numerous service personnel to address the problem, but it quickly became evident that the quality of these workers was lacking. Ross Morgan has been the best decision for our community! Common areas are clean and taken care of, the pool and the spa is very clean. We recommend this company to any HOA that is looking to change. Thank you to our amazing manager as well.
