For the past nine years, one of my neighbors has been keeping his boat in his driveway, which is against the HOA rules. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ross & Morgan Company Inc., a management company that fell significantly short of expectations, specifically regarding a request to have our condominium's jacuzzi repaired. Despite reaching out to them three months ago concerning the issue, the resolution process has been anything but smooth. Ross Morgan has been the best decision for our community! Common areas are clean and taken care of, the pool and the spa is very clean. We recommend this company to any HOA that is looking to change. Thank you to our amazing manager as well.
The team at Ross Morgan that handles our community are very helpful, professional, and super nice. I had a few questions couple of days in a row because we just moved in and Diana one of the associates has been very patient with all my questions and thorough in explaining a few things to me.
