Customer service has gotten so horrible since you guys started expanding. My mom has been a client of mikes for 18 years, and was so rude to her about making an appointment within the past week, because she has never gone to anybody else and needed too be squeezed in if possible. Need less too say just lost my mom, and all eleven of her children's business. I haven't gone back since kristi left, because of this reason exactly!
I received so many compliments on my hair from the L&D staff at St. Joe's, had nurses peaking in the room saying "oh, I was told to look at the blonde hair in this room"! I even handed out a couple of your business cards!
Mindy is amazing!!! I love my hair. She did an amazing job and was so nice! She gave me some recommendations and advise and I very much appreciate it. Very knowledgeable! The salon was clean and tidy. Looking forward to my next visit.
Mindy and Alexa worked on my fantasy mermaid hair. I absolutely am in love with it!
