I was in Ross Manor for the last week of August this year. I can't say enough about how wonderful the people who work there are. I hope I won't end up in the hospital and rehab again, but if I do, I would go back there in a minute. A wonderful place with wonderful staff members.
My Gram is in the long term care unit at Ross manor. This care facility is top notch!
Wound care and traveling nurses....NOT impressed! However, I MUST commend the OT & PT therapists....would love to take them home with me!
I was there from Nov.13 to Dec.11.. Some of the staff on Waterman rehab should pay more attention to their patients because of the bad experience I had.. Need less to say I had to go thought a surgery because I fell and damaged the knee replacement and tore the thigh muscle & the tendon if the worker was paying more attention I would not have fallen!!!!!!!!!!!!!
