They saw me a few hours after my dentist called about it being an emergency. My wait time was 7 minutes. The doctor was informative and very good. He did not hurt me at all. He performed a root canal and I feel great after 2 hours. His after care instructions were explained in a way I completely understood. I would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone needing his expertise.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
