I went to Ross Imaging Center for the first time less than a week ago. I am a beginner film photographer and was very impressed by the quality of service. Mike was very helpful as well. Will be coming here again.
I've been going to Ross Photo for all of my photographic needs for the past few years. Mike is extremely friendly & helpful and running a high quality business is important to him. I buy all of my film as well as get my developing and scanning done without the long wait time from mail order film labs. I couldn't be more pleased with the products and the service. The owner was super helpful. You can't beat the price. Local printers they don't even compsre.
I had a surprise birthday party which Mike Ross took pictures at and those memories are priceless— the quality and the memories were just beautiful.
My wife and I had our 48 year old wedding photo restored and couldn't be happier. Mike is the utmost professional with a great eye for detail. We had almost given up on finding someone with the skills to bring it back to its original color and sharpness. We will pass along his expertise.
Found some old negatives of local families from 40 years ago when i was stationed with the UN in Lebanon. Contacted CVS and Wallgreen who both said 'we have to send them out .. 4-6 weeks' . Contacted then Ross and had them within 48 hours. Just as sharp and in color as if i had taken them yesterday.! Thanks Ross and have already passed copies onto the respective families and they are ''all smiles' - thanks again for excellent service - now i have to find those pictures of g-g-g-g-g-g- family and see what you can do.
I just picked up another great printing job by Mike Ross. I wouldn't go any place else ... always good quality printing and on time and he always contacts you if there is a question or a problem. I am very glad to have found this imaging center.
