Address all issues Dr Fredrickson and Dr. Ross are very thorough in their exams and I trust them. If there is ever an issue, they work their hardest to make sure it's addressed and that you're satisfied. Very caring.
Safe Feeling I didn't spend more than a few minutes in the office until the hygienist called me to come back for my appointment. Dr. Fredrickson gave me a nice smile and was very pleasant when she walked in. I really felt safe in their hands.
Confident in results Although my situation has begun with uncertainty; I feel confident that the dental plan that Dr. Fredrickson has recommended will be executed with precision and carefulness and I'll get the results I need!
Great Overall I will never go anywhere else. All personnel are friendly.

The assistant Kelly was unable to accept that she made a mistake... never got to see the dr, because of her mistake. So the dr lost not one but three patients. Very rude lady. And I rather go somewhere else than take an insult from anyone. They obviously lost more🤬
what an excellent office. so professional. I would highly recommend this office.
