I had to make a quick appointment with Dr. Bock to get a cracked tooth fixed. And the visit was absolutely successful! Dr. Bock and her assistant (sorry I forgot her name) were awesome! They fixed my tooth. I’ve been going to Ross Family Dentistry for 6-7 years. I walked in with a whole lot of problems and Dr. Ross changed all that. For this visit I went in for a cleaning with hygienist Stephanie. And she leaves no tooth unclean. She’s absolutely thorough and super gentle at the same time. Her kind personality and sense of humor doesn’t hurt either. I used to dread going to the Dentist but not anymore Dr. Ross and her team (office help too) melt your fears with their experience and expertise. My son and I will never leave. Saw Dr. Bach today and she was great! Very gentle and easy to understand her explanations. Highly recommend both doctors at Ross Family Dentistry.
Dr. Ross is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, talented, friendly, and her chair side manner is fantastic. Additionally, the entire staff is cheerful, warm, inviting, and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross Family Dentistry.
