I normally try to be understanding, but I feel like I need to share this experience so other parents are aware. I stopped by around 12:43 to pick up my kids’ glasses, not realizing they were closed for lunch from 12:30–1:00. I completely understand the need for breaks, but the way I was spoken to was very rude and dismissive. The glasses were right beside the employee, and I was simply trying to grab them quickly so I could get my kids to school on time. It could have been handled with basic kindness and respect.
