The 2 women in the office were rude Did not help me pick out my glasses and did not adjust them to fit when they came in. Dr Ross was excellent wish I could say the same for the lazy women not doing their job.
I normally try to be understanding, but I feel like I need to share this experience so other parents are aware. I stopped by around 12:43 to pick up my kids’ glasses, not realizing they were closed for lunch from 12:30–1:00. I completely understand the need for breaks, but the way I was spoken to was very rude and dismissive. The glasses were right beside the employee, and I was simply trying to grab them quickly so I could get my kids to school on time. It could have been handled with basic kindness and respect. Our family loves Dr Ross and all the other Dr's in this location. Very friendly staff that takes care of our eye needs.
