This place is the best place in town. It is really clean compare to other apartments around Lawton. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I always get my maintenance problem resolved within one day, and if it's an emergency problem I get my problem resolved very soon, even on after-hours time, the maintenance guy showed up with smile on his face and ready to helped us out. This is my second lease term and will definitely renew my lease here.
I have lived here a year, and enjoy the area. It is quiet and has a somewhat country feel because of some of the fields around the area. The property manager is a very nice and professional person. The maintenance people are usually quick at responding within the day to when I call for something broken or not working.
The worst apt ever the staffs are unprofessional i can't wait till i move out. Don't move in to this apt you will regret
You are looking for an overpriced and trashy Apartment in Lawton? You are right at this address. Further, you want more then just unfriendly staff and an pool which has all summer long green water and stinks? You will love it. You want to walk your dog in the morning and stepp all over the place in dog poop? Move in today! My husband and I lived here for 2 years. The first year under the original management was great.
