punctual, cordial and thorough
My husband & I paid $100 for someone to come out to do an "inspection" and quoted us $450 to trap and relocate the groundhog that we KNOW is in our backyard. The "inspection" was less than 10 minutes and she didn't tell us anything we didn't already know. So basically we paid $100 for a quote when in reality they could have just told us over the phone how much it would cost. Total waste of $100. We paid $100 for literally NOTHING.
Signing for a two year contract without knowing you are signing a two year contract is far from fair trade.
We're in the process of bat removal. Louis and Jason have been nothing but great and they really know what they're doing! Answering any questions I might have and they also have great customer service skills, not to mention the compassion they show! Also the office when I call they are always willing to help as well! Will always recommend Ross. Thank you to Jason, Louis, and Harry!!
We have a contract with them this past year. They do great work. No more bugs!
